Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns/Exchanges: If any item purchased is damaged or defective or is just simply the wrong item, before use, please contact us immediately. If you have any issues, please email our customer support support@xyannthebrand.com, and we will be glad to evaluate any issues that may arise and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return information, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Please note that there are no refunds for items such as:
